Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for academic communication and a proven track record in executing effective marketing strategies. This role will play a key part in expanding our reach and impact within the academic and healthcare communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs including webinars, event planning, newsletters, website updates, awards and recognition programs.
Work closely with the team to identify, define and compile highly targeted data, assist in enriching contact and account date.
Marketing Automation:
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and track results.
Monitor and continuously improve forms, CTAs, and banners.
Assist in developing data hygiene rules and schedule.
Assist in execution of marketing programs to convert partnership prospects from relevant organizations to expand our reach and impact.
Execute marketing initiatives targeting both businesses (e.g., academic institutions, healthcare organizations) and individual consumers (e.g., researchers, healthcare professionals).
Assist in the creation of engaging and informative content across various channels, including social media, email, and our website.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the publishing or academic sector.
Technical Skills
Experience with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM platform.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva or similar)
Proficiency with the following platforms: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
Working knowledge of Google Ads and social media ad platforms preferred.
Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Customer focused with the ability to listen and respond to the market
Action oriented and have the ability to work through problems independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage and measure activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
