We are looking to hire a talented Manager, Infrastructure to join our team. We’re looking for someone who will be an inspirational leader for our engineering operations and technology to better position us for our organization’s growth strategies. This individual will be someone with a proven track record of building, leading and sustaining consistently effective Operations and Support organizations that inspire confidence within the organization and its stakeholders.



  • Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be managing, inspiring and motivating a group of onsite and remote DevOps engineers

  • Ensure all support and operations processes are clearly documented, communicated and understood to deliver a consistent high quality of service and reliability to our organization

  • Leading your team through technical evolution towards scalable and modern architecture. Always have service availability top of mind to drive towards automation in delivering resilient and self-correcting systems

  • Effective monitoring and alerting solutions that can be pre-emptive in detecting and resolving issues. Accountable for maintaining and exceeding service levels to ensure availability expectations are always met.

  • Your engineering leadership will be required to ensure we have the right people doing the right things; we have solutions with a sound engineering design; you are able to provide engineering leadership when dealing with problems encountered through coaching and 1 on 1s

  • Collaborating with other leaders to align towards common goals, bridge communications between multiple areas across product, technology, development, QA and support

  • Your team’s product development delivery is successful, applauded, and on time


  • Supporting leadership as they define and drive technical vision and decisions, collaborating to help prioritize, set and own pod milestones, but also defining patterns and operational guidelines

  • Contribute to and ensure Architecture Solutions have sound design, security, and built-in resiliency.

  • Ensuring adherence to common software development design patterns


  • Define and ensure your team’s software design patterns and operational guidelines

  • Mentor and review, holding the highest standards for rigorously tested and elegant code



  • Computer Science degree (BSc.) or equivalent,


  • 5+ years of combined development and leadership experience including managing remote teams

  • Experience modernizing legacy applications

  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies


  • The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly; thrive in an growing and agile environment

  • The ability to forecast and be two steps ahead of the team and development

  • Desire to use your hard-earned skills as well as teach them

  • Enthusiasm for constant improvement within your team and beyond

  • Delegate, orchestrate tasks and manage dependencies to set your teams goals


  • 5+ years of experience in web application development, preferably in an Agile environment and making impactful and cool tech

Experience in;

o PHP (our legacy back-end technologies being phased out)

either Node.js or Python for modernizing to an innovative technology stack

  • Experience with databases and SQL – and high-performance Amazon AWS Databases

  • Rapid debugging and bug squashing abilities

  • Ready to take on critical production applications prepare them for scale with our rapid growth

  • Familiarity with creating/building automated pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and other popular libraries and frameworks, including, but not limited to:

o Vue.js

o React

o Underscore.js/Lodash, jQuery

  • Technology agnostic and pragmatic engineering approach focused on problem solving
